En lo personal, no me gustan los conceptos de estos hoteles, sin embargo, la atención del personal y la recomendaciones fueron excepcionales. Si sales a caminar por la noche, todo te queda cerca, lo único que yo mejoraría en el hotel sería espacios para cargar tu celular, toalleros, que por el estilo del hotel no es la prioridad, sin embargo, no puedo hacer un mal comentario, el hotel, ya que lo que está publicado es lo que ofrece, yo tomé este hotel porque era de las pocas habitaciones que estaba disponible en el momento y reservé una hora antes .

This is one of my worst hotel experiences ever! I can't even call this a hotel, it was a step up from camping. While receptionists were very sweet, communication with the hotel wasvery poor communication. They don't answer the phone, and reply sporadically to whatsapp messages. The property ran out of running water multiple times and they offered no solutions. When it did have water, the water pressure was hardly a trickle. Worst of all was the cleanliness. I requested multiple times for my room to be cleaned only for it to not happen until my last day. Worst of all: the bugs situation! I had bugs literally in the bed biting me! I can see them and when I informed the hotel, they offered no solution or recompense. I even just asked if they can changed the sheets (which they should have when the room was cleaned) and they wouldn't! They offered no bug spray, a bug zapper, nothing! Totally unacceptable. I'm reporting this to *******.

We booked this hotel for 5 nights but arrived be day late for check in and they gave our room away. No refund. We tried calling them and they never answered their phones. Once we arrived they had no manager on site and they stated they only communicated through wats app. We are extremely disappointed. Lost almost 1k. This is fraud. Extremely dissapointed.

This boutique hotel is really lovely, decorated like in souther Spain. My room has a very tall ceiling and a big balcony. The shower is probably the biggest I’ve ever seen in this area of Tulum (I changed hotels 4 times in 2 weeks as everywhere was sold out). The bed and pillows are very comfy.
The drawback is there is no fridge in the room (there is one in the public kitchen where you can cook).
The staff is very friendly and ready to help.
Beach towels are provided but there is no free access to the beach (there is a campground hotel right in front where you can pay 200 pesos to go to the beach, other beach clubs require a minimum spend).
The hotel is in the epicentre of Tulum’s clubbing scene. Be ready to hear some music day and night, not very loud but the clubs are all nearby.
